Ian, Assoc IPD

Ian has a wealth of management experience having worked both in the private and public sectors. He has designed and delivered training and development programmes on a wide variety of subjects including Leadership Development, Team Building, Human Resources, Trainer Training, Corporate Liquidity and Personal Development.

Having attained his BTEC National in Business Studies and a Certificate in Counselling Skills, Ian went on to qualify in The Certificate in Training Practice and became an Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development in 1995.


Claire, Assoc CIPD, MATL, IIHHT, CIBT, MICHT

Claire is a highly skilled facilitator with many years training experience at all levels. Claire specialises in Management, Personal Development and Holistic Therapy Training. Claire works in the private and public sector including post 16 education.

Claire holds numerous qualifications including: The CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (1996) and The Further and Adult Education Teachers Certificate (2002). She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and The Association of Therapy Lecturers.


Jennifer, Assoc IPD

Jennifer has experienced many roles within the discipline of training and development, working in both the private and public sector. As well as a proven record in the development, delivery and evaluation of training, Jennifer also has experience in liasing with customers and developing excellent working relationships.
In addition to being an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development since 1992, Jennifer is an NVQ Assessor and an in-house Investors in People (IIP) Assessor.


Sherri, Assoc IPD

Sherri has experience of working for a large commercial bank in both customer service and learning and development capacities. Sherri has interpreted business plans in order to plan and deliver learning, development and training strategies. Having worked for operations centres and area managers, Sherri has covered large geographic areas. Sherri’s subject expertise includes Leadership Development, Performance Coaching and Call Centre / Telephony skills.
Sherri qualified for her Certificate in Training Practise in 1996 when she also became an Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.



Jim

Jim has been running outdoor activity centres since 1987. In so doing, he has been actively involved in instruction to a wide client range as well as marketing, accounting and personnel issues. He has a wealth of experience in providing technical support on management and team building courses and reviewing progress and providing constructive feedback.
As well as being an N.V.Q assessor and internal verifier, Jim holds coaching qualifications in orienteering, canoeing, kayaking, caving, hill-walking and archery and a first aid certificate. He holds a full P.C.V driving qualification for coaches and minibuses.

John

John has been working as a senior instructor/manager since 1994 with particular responsibility for staffing and more recently logistics, as well as training and leading teams of instructors. He has had a wide experience with groups of all ages and numerous different objectives that include providing technical support on management and team building courses.
On top of being an N.V.Q assessor he has qualifications in canoeing, kayaking, orienteering, climbing, archery and caving. He also has a clean P.C.V driving licence for up to 16-seat buses and a first aid certificate.

Tim

Tim has been working in outdoor activities since 1990 qualifying as a senior instructor/manager in 1996. His main areas of responsibility are health and safety and site management as well as planning events, training, and leading teams of instructors on activity courses. Tim has worked with a wide range of age and ability both on activity skills courses and personal and team development courses.
He holds coaching qualifications in caving, orienteering, archery, kayaking, canoeing, climbing and life saving and has a clean P.C.V driving licence and first aid certificate.

Dan

Dan has been working as a senior instructor/manager since January 2003 with responsibility for personnel issues and equipment as well as training and leading teams of instructors. Dan’s particular niche is pyrotechnics as he has travelled the world setting up pyrotechnic displays for events. He spent a year on the B.T Round the World Yacht Race and has worked with ‘Challenge Business International Ltd’ as a crew member teaching on corporate days for ‘Captains of Industry’. Dan has worked with a variety of age groups and has particularly effective communication skills on corporate courses.
Dan holds coaching qualifications in canoeing and archery, a clean P.C.V driving licence for up to 16-seat coaches and a first aid certificate.

David

David has been working in outdoor activities since 1995 and is currently a senior instructor. Dave has responsibilities for running training seminars and leading and training other staff. Dave has excellent communication and presentation skills and is extremely effective on management and team building courses providing both technical support and constructive feedback.
He has coaching qualifications in kayaking, canoeing, orienteering, hill-walking and climbing, a clean P.C.V driving licence for up to 16-seat buses and a first aid certificate.

Felicity

Felicity has been working in outdoor activities since 2001 and is currently a senior instructor. Felicity’s roles include training staff and leading group events as well as activity instruction. Felicity has worked with a variety of age groups and is particularly effective working with corporate clients.
She holds coaching qualifications in kayaking, canoeing, archery, caving, climbing and first aid. In addition, she has a clean P.C.V driving licence for up to 16-seat buses.
